Baywest was formed in 1988 and currently has 100 employees in three locations: #300 – 1770 Burrard Street, Vancouver, 13520 78th Street, Surrey and #10 32442 George Ferguson Way, Abbotsford. We are the largest, fastest growing residential management firm in BC with over 30,000 units in our care.
Baywest has an excellent management team and a highly capable team of staff who provide a high level of customer satisfaction that has been recognized through customer and marketing surveys. We have annually been named the leading residential property management firm in the Vancouver / Greater Vancouver area by the Consumers Choice organization since 2000.
Our staff is made up of strata managers, accounting staff, support staff. IT and management. The company’s services are provided through its staff, a network of independent trades, and occasional independent consultants or specialists. We seek to empower staff, decentralize decision-making and provide high a level of service.
