Here at Green Mountain Hammocks, we take great pride in providing the world with unique quality hammocks. It began many years ago when our founder, Dave Heifetz, took his first trip to Brazil. Dave's eyes lit up when he first laid down in a soft cotton hammock. He found peace of mind in these comfortable and relaxing hammocks, and was shocked that he had never seen these styles of hammocks in North America. He took it upon himself to begin producing and distributing these hammocks in his homeland, and Green Mountain Hammocks was born. Hammocks have hit an all time height in popularity with the Brazilian style leading the way in comfort, quality and design. We are focused on growing Green Mountain Hammocks to a global scale while having lots of fun along the way.
