Hi Speed Couriers & Movers, a Toronto area moving company and rush courier rolled into one, has been delivering superior home delivery and moving services throughout Southern Ontario since March of 1996.
Originally founded as purely a rush courier, Hi-Speed reinvented itself a year later, when more and more furniture and appliance retailers consulted with us about bringing our unique brand of flexible, service-linked pricing and delivery options to the home delivery market.
Over the years, we have been able to improve the bottom line of many retailers, interior designers and manufacturers alike, by showing them the value of ‘one’, professional, on-time and careful delivery by Hi-Speed, as opposed to multiple attempts with other less efficient providers, which often led to poor rates of customer retention, costly compensation payouts, and, in many cases, even total loss of the sale upon cancellation by a frustrated customer.
The highlight of our service is our ability to give your customers what they need, when they need it, including the providing of additional set-up and hook-up services at the same time of their delivery. At the time of purchase, customers are given the option to ¬‘choose’ the delivery day and 4 hour window of ‘their’ liking. This information is then faxed or called in to Hi-Speed, and a delivery ‘confirmation number’ is then given out by Hi-Speed. As simple as that, your customer’s 4 hour delivery time and date is reserved and guaranteed, whether for that same day or as far in advance as they may wish, whether it be floor stock or a warehouse or “DOS” order.
We also offer a rush delivery option for a 3 hour window, and our special “Hi-Speed” service for delivery in as little as ‘two hours’ or when delivery is required outside of store hours Monday to Saturday.
