Company description:
J&J Recruiters is a Recruiting Agency located in Seoul,
Korea. Primarily we place English Teachers in Institutes
on the Korean peninsula. Co-owned by a party of two (one
foreigner, and one Korean)- the company was started with
the intention of offering teachers the best possible jobs.
Our approach has been to be honest, and to offer
the kinds of jobs we would consider taking ourselves.
Because of the way we operate, we have dealt only with the
best foreign teachers.
Most of our teachers have been teaching in Korea for at least
one year, and are trying to renew their contracts. Our clients
are able to trust us, as we ourselves have been teachers for
a number of years, have learned foreign languages, and lived
abroad. Therefore, we know what kinds of jobs experienced/non
experienced teachers are willing to take, and are not willing to
take. As well, we at J&J Recruiters, help our teachers with all/
any communication/cultural problems encountered in the work-
place, our teachers don't feel they can handle on their own.
Because of the aforementioned reasons, we believe J&J Recruitershas the upper hand in offering our prospective teachers only thebest positions, with the best schools and directors. We truly do understand what foreign teachers are looking for, and we work for our teachers until they are satisfied.

As most recruiting companies do, we do look for
jobseekers who have little or no teaching experience, teachers with experience, certified teachers, etc--as each job requires. We do understand which level of experience is best suited for each job and do put teachers in the job best suited for them. Our previous positions ranged from private institutes, (Hagwons), (all age levels) to both public and private
school positions, (elementary, middle and high school) for teaching as well asmanagerial positions,to universityteaching/managerial/academic director positions.
