Step 1 Candidates are first screened through a detailed phone interview
Step 2 Selection Interview – candidate meets with a Bankside Chase recruiter who determines suitability based on the following criteria:

Step 3 Background check
Reference check
Step 4 Present candidates resume to corporate client and await approval

FEES
Our fee for services of supplying qualified candidates for the positions is 20% of the first year annual salary, payable on the start date of the candidate.
This is supported by a 100% guarantee credit towards replacement for 90 days from start date.
