Architect or Architectural Technologist:
We are a small, well-established Urban Design / Architectural consulting firm with over 35 years experience. The Architectural division is involved in custom residential homes, infill homes and town houses. We are currently seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist who possesses residential design knowledge to join our firm on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will possess:
• minimum 3 years local experience in architectural design and working drawings;
• a working knowledge of Ontario housing construction design practices;
• be knowledgeable in Softplan drafting program or AutoCAD with the willingness to learn to operate the Softplan program:
• be able to produce a set of working drawings with minimal supervision;
• strong organizational, written, oral and graphic communication skills;
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
