Central Production Testing Ltd. (CPT) is Canada's leading provider of specialized production testing services. CPT has over 20 years of experience testing sweet and sour gas and oil wells. CPT owns and maintains a fleet of equipment designed to meet our customers' needs for high operating volumes and pressures, and the capability to withstand the corrosiveness of sour gas service. CPT offers specialized equipment to compliment a complete test package designed for high pressure, high volumes of gas and liquid, abrasives and cold weather operations. These specialty pieces provide benefits such as cost savings, added worker safety, fewer items on the wellsite and reduced washout from erosion. High pressure separator units are core to CPT's equipment fleet. With operating pressures to 2,000 psi, gas capacities up to 50 mmcf/d and liquid capacities to 8,000 bbl/d, these units are designed to effectively provide test information from a wide range of wells. CPT uses pressurized tanks for the recovery of frac sand, sour fluids and acids. The tanks range in size from 100 to 300 bbl and are equipped with gas metering, sand flowlines and flare stack. CPT has developed CMAX - No Flaring Solution to allow the flowback of a frac or stimulation with abrasives while producing gas and oil to an existing pipeline. Results in little or no flaring because separator operating pressures are greater than line pac pressures. Multiphase capability allows for the separation of gas, oil, water and abrasives. CPT's equipment is designed to NACE MR-01-75 Low-Temp specifications. Repair and maintenance of CPT's equipment is proactive and ongoing to ensure long life for the equipment and safety for its personnel and customers. CPT's personnel have the experience and training to safely and effectively provide well test information. To maintain and grow the base of competent personnel, CPT has developed a competency program known as CPass to provide our personnel with broader knowledge and skills
