A growing siding company is seeking a supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience with siding and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Projects are in the Greater Vancouver area; Therefore, reliable transportation is a must.
Responsibilities include supervising 10-20 workers, ensuring productivity quality and safety, as well as communicating with customers, engineers, and inspectors.
Job Requirements include strong training abilities, good interpersonal skills with trades, customers, and inspectors, and ownership of tools and reliable transportation.
