The North Shore ConneXions Society supports families and serves children and adults living with diabilities or developmental delays. We work in partnerships with adults, children, families, society members and members of the community to advocate and develop a full range of services to meet the unique needs of each person and family. We provide programs and services which support the development, the independence and the empowerment of adults, children and families.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned program (s)
- Develop, implement, co-ordinate, and evaluate plans to meet the unique and evolving needs of individual clients
- Ensure program standards, guidelines, and policies of the organization are maintained and that all licensing and funding body requirements are met
- Supervise and co-ordinate scheduling, hiring, training and evaluations of staff
- Ensure appropriate systems are in place to support and maintain programs
