Founded in 1985, THE HERRMANN GROUP LIMITED is a human resources management consulting firm that offers National Retained Search, Talent Management Solutions™ (TMS™), Exit Interview Services, Psychometrics/Psychological Assessments, and other customized services.
Our responsive consulting practice is built around the individuality of our clients, their ever-changing issues, and the often volatile environment in which we all operate. The Herrmann Group has the creativity and expertise to develop customized projects and unique approaches. In combination with our philosophy, it is our belief that this is why our clients retain our services in long-term relationships.

Our in-house developed software application (TMS™) is robust, extensive, and comprehensive – having evolved over 18 years of talent tracking. It is continually being upgraded and can be customized to meet organizational and/or specific project requirements.
Candidate evaluation addresses both personal characteristics and professional skills. References are confidential and behavior-based. We also have in-house resources to provide psychometric/psychological assessments – an additional tool for evaluation of skills and fit.
Continuous improvement is considered an integral component of our services. As part of our partnership with our clients, we are committed to reviewing our process, deliverables/outcomes and their impact on the organization. To support this process, we ask both clients and candidates/applicants to respond to satisfaction surveys.
Our consultants are professionals with a range of experiences and well-developed consulting and research skills. Multilingual skills, combined with an international network enable us to interact globally. As part of our team-based approach, our consultants receive salaries as opposed to commissions and work together to ensure success.
