Position: Inside Sales Representative (Manufacturing)
Location: Toronto
Salary: 45k-50k Base + Commission

Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive.
Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
Ranks within the top 10% of current sales force. Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
Demonstrates intense motivation to sell.
Develops new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
Presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing message on customer needs and expectations.
Experienced at managing accounts and targeting prospects within a designated region.
BS or equivalent experience coupled with 2 or more years business to business selling experience.
