Position: Tech Support ( Field Tech)
Location: Richmond Hill
Salary: 50k
The qualified candidate will go to our customer sites to fix any issues that may arise relating, but not limited too: Windows Servers, Desktops, Firewalls, Exchange Server, etc. while maintaining their I.T. environment through our Proactive Service Checklist. Our company is a Microsoft Certified Partner.
The qualified candidate will have a thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS and NAT policies, along with experience in the following areas:
Exchange Server 2003/2007 (Exchange System Manager)
Microsoft Windows Small Business Server
Terminal Services
Group Policy
Active Directory
Cabling skills
All candidates must have excellent verbal, written and communications skills in the English Language with a strong understanding for team work.
Knowledge in the following areas would be preferred:
SonicWALL firewalls
DELL hardware
Blackberry Enterprise Server
Windows Mobile devices
We require that all employees are Microsoft certified, with a minimum of an MCP. This must be achieved within the first three months of your hire date, should you not already have this.
