Architectural Technologist - Bermuda
Our client, is an award winning, well-established, multi-disciplinary architectural firm is seeking a qualified Architectural Technologist to join their busy, growing firm. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting commercial and hospitality related projects in gorgeous Bermuda!
Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years post graduate experience in an architectural firm environment, both in the office and field
Diploma in Architectural Technology or university degree in Architecture from an accredited program/school in Canada or the UK
Proficient in AutoCAD - 2006 preferred
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality drawings
Excellent communication skills to convey information to clients, contractors and team members
A working knowledge of building codes and specifications
Experience with a variety of large commercial projects primarily in the commercial office and resort sectors
An understanding of site & contract administration
Collaborative and team-oriented individual
Stable employment history
Benefits:
Salary $75-$80K US per annum (Income Tax Free)
15 days holiday + statutory holidays
40 hours p/w
