Our Federal Government client, is seeking an experienced Legal Clerk to assist them on a temporary basis. This is an opportunity for a Legal Clerk to work in a Federal Government department that ensures accountability and ethics.
As the ideal candidate, you will possess:
• Secret security clearance
• Fluent communication skills in both official languages
• A passion for providing the highest quality of legal support
• Outstanding capabilities in MS Office Suite
• Prior experience working in a law firm, supporting multiple lawyers
• An aptitude to working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Extensive research capabilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Extensive research and investigation
• Preparing and maintaining documents and correspondence
• Using your exceptional communication abilities (written and verbal) to ensure the highest level of client care.
• Utilizing your outstanding time management skills to ensure cases are handled effectively and efficiently
• Being a key part of a law firm that believes in team successes
