Job Description:
Our Mississauga client is currently looking to fill a temporary position in the field of customer service. Your duties shall include processing fax and EDI orders, researching and answering customer and sales consultant inquiries and concerns, handling all assigned Sales Consultants requests, filing and any other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:
This front line role requires a candidate who is service oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, takes initiative, accurate data entry skills, results oriented, and seeks teamwork and partnering.
