The ideal candidate is young, motivated, bright and eager to learn.
Tasks will include:
- answering the phones
- greeting customers
- general office admin work (correspondence, photocopying, faxing)
- data entry
- organizing files
- taking messages
- scheduling appointments
- organize the mail
- office supplies
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Strong communicative skills (English and French).
