Job Description:
We are looking for Office Administrator who not only will keep up with our fast-paced environment but will thrive in it. This is a permanent position. You will be working with senior level managers and the CEO

Duties And Responsibility

• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Answers phones and determines nature of the calls; logs and routes calls to appropriate individuals, offices, work units, divisions or departments to handle inquiries and complaints; takes and delivers messages.
• Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities
• Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
• Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
• Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating machines, using computers.
• Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes.

Requirement
The ideal Candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
• Minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 2 years working with payroll and QuickBooks
• Flexibility, self-motivated and adaptability with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to take initiative
• Superb organizational skills
• Detail oriented and result driven
• Friendly demeanour and reliability
• Other front desk duties when necessary including structuring and maintaining the filing systems
• Providing all administrative support
