Job Description:
We are currently seeking talented Sales Professionals with positive attitudes to join our energetic inside sales team.
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Implement telesales strategy and programs
• Contact potential customers by phone, seek out company decision makers
• Initially you will conduct warm calls to our client base (75%)
• Produce cold calls daily (25%)
• Represent the company and its products positively
• Facilitate and process customer transactions
• Management and follow-up of customer orders through to completion
• Effective management of customer relationships
• Maintain current knowledge of company product and services and industry trends
• Assist the VP of Sales in formulating and executing sales strategies
• Participate in weekly meetings in your team to manage pipeline activity, receive advance sales training, review accounts and ensure maximum revenue growth
Competency Profile:
• Successful prospecting experience; previous Tele-Sales experience is an asset
• Solid understanding of internet-based tools and Microsoft Office software
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
• Should be a persistent, goal-driven individual
• Must be highly motivated and self disciplined
• Need the ability to handle all customer interactions in a professional, efficient and friendly manner
• Must be an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing person with a positive attitude.
• Essential to have an excellent command of the English language - both spoken and written.
