Qualifications:

This position is expected to be delivery-oriented with the ability to meet
strict timelines and track the project budget. The candidate is expected to
have demonstrated capability in the following areas, as a minimum:

5+ years experience managing million dollar IT projects

Extensive experience with application development methodology

Experience with Energy utility business processes, particularly with focus
on Transmission and Distribution Operating

Ability to problem solve and facilitate

Ability to liaise effectively with both Business and IT stakeholders

PMI certification is an asset

Responsibilities:

Develop scope of test effort and generation of work plan
Coordinate the creation of test scripts
Finalize test resource allocation
Finalize test execution strategy
Develop testing metrics and tracking mechanisms
Coordinate test execution
Monitor project budgets and schedules
Develop signoff procedure & exit criteria with project stakeholders
Develop transition strategy to sustainment application test support
Manage project application development break/fix life cycle
Support accountable Program Manager with overall project delivery
