KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Effectively and professionally manage both client and candidate relationships.
• Gathering and understanding job requirements.
• Resume screening and candidate interviewing.
• Marketing.
• Contract negotiations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year(s) experience in a sales environment.
• Experience as a recruiter is strongly desired but not essential.
• Proven performance in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Professional and effective communication skills a must.
• Very strong ‘people reading’ skills.
• Experience with cold calling an asset.
• Experience in human resources an asset.
• Extremely self-motivated.
• High energy levels.
• Negotiation skills.
