Our client is a major player and international leader in the business communications industry. Working within the Canadian division, our client is looking for a Lease Administrator that is ready to be challenged and thrive in a healthy and ethical environment.
POSITION TITLE: Lease Administrator
LOCATION: Markham
RATE: $9 - $10 / hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Database updates; online blue book and leasepak
Track 3rd party billing and applicable corrections
Insure all lease documentation is consistent with credit requirements, complete and properly executed.
Complete formal document file for routing to MSI for booking/booking confirmation.
End of lease monitoring, includes reporting and updating Order Entry Dept.
Interface with sales force and end user lessee relative to pricing requirements and lease documentation.
Assist customers and sales staff regarding financing questions
Various reporting; meter install, end of lease, terminations.
Manages and publishes manual billing for strategic accounts.
Special projects and other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes, while maintaining ongoing attention to detail
Proficient with computer applications; Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook
Strong problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills; as well as superior interpersonal skills, both verbal (telephone) and written-real time requirements
Strong problem solving and mathematical skills
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Strong work ethic demonstrated through attendance and office activity involvement
Have demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace, high volume environment
Capable of driving growth capacity by continuously looking for better ways to improve processes
Bilingualism an asset
