Role :
The candidate will assist in managing teams of professionals to deliver quality service to the clients.
Responsibilities
- Planning the engagement (Identify client's expectations, negociate fees...)
- Managing the engagement (Reviewing work of the team...)
- Completing the engagement (Developing strong relationships with clients to facilitate the completion of work...)
- Assisting with practice management (Assuming a coaching performance management role that aligns staff development with the company’s Connected Thinking, recruiting...)
Competencies/Qualifications Required:
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with Audit - Assurance experience
-Degree plus CA (Chartered Accountant) designation or equivalent foreign designation;
-Understanding of Canadian GAAP and GAAS;
-Excellent project management skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels within a company and within clients;
-Superior communication (English oral and written) and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment;
-Demonstrated ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment;
-Proven leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
-Commitment to providing excellent client service;
-Ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently;
