Responsibilities
To offer a high level assistance to the clients through the necessary follow-up and coordination of the files
To respect all policies and procedures established by the company
To ensured that the calls are answered on the timely basis in order to maintain the service level standards
Must be professional, courteous, loyal, enthusiastic, patient with good time keeping and multitasking skills
Must be empathetic with good listening skills
To show commitment to individual client cases while ensuring the follow-up until the resolution point
To be able to handle the various services (inbound calls), to prioritize individual situations and analyze the needs of the clients
To enrich its knowledge and to take new initiatives according to the evolution of the needs for businesses
To seek information in the system while speaking to the customer and to enter data into the system
Requirements
•High school diploma or an equivalent
• Minimum six months experience in a customer service environment
• Basic typing and computer knowledge (internet)
• Capacity to work in a dynamic environment
• Capacity to manage a high volume of calls
• Day time availability required during training
