An international service provider located in downtown Montreal is looking for motivated, hard working, bilingual, flexible, and experienced individuals to join their team.
Position: Team Leader (2 positions)
An ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic, customer service environment. You will be responsible to answer to clients' needs (inbound calls) and to assist them up to the resolution point. You will need to make judicious decisions based on policies and procedures of the company, while demonstrating empathy, patience, tact and professionalism in complex situations. You will be responsible for developing talent through coaching and training.
The candidate will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and will act as a support through motivating their team and assisting the management team.
Understanding of insurance industry is an asset, particularly in fields of underwriting and claim settlement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
An applicant should have team leading and management experience in a customer service related environment. An ideal candidate must be available to work shifts, be a team player with good communication, leadership, organizational, multitasking and problems solving skills. This position requires an open minded approach, flexibility of hours and understanding of service quality. A person selected for this position will be reliable, loyal, enthusiastic and patient with good time management skills.
