The skills you bring to the table: - 2 years in agency environment (integrated or Interactive only) where you were a web developer - 3+ years as a programmer, where you are proficient in HTML, Javascript, CSS, DHTML and AJAX - 1 year Flash programming (Actionscript) - exposure to server-side (JSP, ASP) would be a bonus!
