As a member of our Store Management team, you will:
Manage the store's resources in order to maximize key results.
Hire, develop, train, coach & motivate the store employee team.
Manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
Control store-operating expenses.
Lead by example in company service standards
Position requirements:
Minimum two (2) years + supervisor/management experience preferably in a retail, entertainment or hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Strong leadership skills.
University or College diploma in business an asset.
