As a member of our Store Management team, you will:
• Manage the store's resources in order to maximize key results.
• Hire, develop, train, coach & motivate the store employee team.
• Manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
• Control store-operating expenses.
• Lead by example in company service standards

Position requirements:
• Minimum two (2) years + supervisor/management experience preferably in a retail, entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• University or College diploma in business an asset.
