POSITION SUMMARY:
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the day to day operation of a Blockbuster Store. Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence and Financial Results.
• Act as manager on duty as requested by management team with a focus on delivery of customer service.
• Lead by example for the company service standards.
• Assist in controlling store operating expenses.
• Assist with and perform any of the Assistant Manager functions as requested by the management team.
• Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1-2 years-supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
