If you are an experienced receptionist or administrative professional who would like to join our dedicated team, an opening currently exists in our Certification Department for a regular, full-time Certification Associate - Reception.
Our ideal candidate will be a high school graduate with at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment. As part of a two-person front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for the College. You will be answering a busy multi-line switchboard, greeting callers, responding to inquiries from applicants and members, entering information into our custom database systems, and providing administrative support in a team-oriented setting.
For success in this role, you will need excellent verbal communication skills and a service-oriented phone manner, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated multi-tasking skills. Your technical competencies will include knowledge of Windows, Outlook, MS Word and the Internet, with fast and accurate keyboarding, and an aptitude for learning and using new technologies.
