Requirement: 5 years Experience

You will be responsible for:

- Meeting and exceeding customer requirements with respect to quality and delivery.
- Schedule jobs and maintaining current schedules.
- Ensure that jobs are processed efficiently by using Best Management Practices (BMP's).
- Communicating relevant information to the customer and / or co-workers in a timely manner.
- Purchase sufficient chemicals and other necessary supplies.
- Communicating with Senior levels including the President.
- experience with anodizing
- Developing and adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Developing and enforcing the BMP's for chemical waste treatment, storage and disposal.
- Implementing and enforcing safety and environmental protection program.
- Safeguarding and efficient use of company assets.
- Supervision of the production staff.
- Initiating an Action reports , when required.

Mutli-tasking, excellent communication, reasoning and computer skills is required.
