This includes achieving daily, weekly, and year to date sales budgets and exceeding key performance indicators. You will recruit "Retail's Best" for your store,develop,train and coach a high performance team. You will ensure that your storeteam delivers exceptional customer service to each and every customer.Your store will be maintained as per visual standards and the customer will see a neat,clean and well presented store.
