Brief Description:
- Ensure consistent implementation and execution of the Human Resources agenda throughout the assigned campus/site(s)
- Partnering with the Area HR Director in contributing to the design and effective implementation of key H.R. initiatives across Americas
- Partnering with Operations leadership in identifying and effectively addressing the HR implications of changes that occur within the business
Key Accountabilities:
- Day-to-day coaching, development and performance management of campus/site(s) HR team
- Day-to-day coaching and counseling of campus/site(s) management and supervisory teams
- Partnering with the Area HR Director, corporate and sector H.R. leadership to aid in the development and implementation of HR processes
- Active participation on the leadership team that manages operations within assigned campus/site(s)
- Establishment and execution of the H.R. initiatives within campus/site(s) - AOS, Hiring for Keeps, etc
- Administration and management of the campus/site(s) communication, organizational capability plans, etc
- Administration and management of the campus/site(s) labor plan, including staffing, temporary labor, succession planning, etc
- Involvement in the selection / orientation of hourly and management associates
- Primary leadership of organizational change processes within campus/site(s)
- Fair and equitable administration of HR practices across campus/site(s)
- Ensure regulatory compliance of appropriate HR processes
- Represent Exel HR with external customers
- Assess campus/site, identify skill gaps and offer training or other recommendations to build capability
- Develop and manage department budget
Experience:
- 5+ Years in HR
