We are seeking dynamic, resourceful and results-oriented individuals to help drive growth in our thriving practices. This role will be instrumental in promoting our revenue targets within both permanent search and contract staffing divisions.
As a Career Broker you will be responsible for:
Selling permanent placement and contract staffing solutions into a defined industry segment
Establishing and maintaining relationships at the executive and senior management levels of Fortune 1000 companies
The preparation and the delivery of high quality verbal and visual presentations and proposals
Converting prospects into clients or candidates
Establishing trust and building loyalty with new and existing contacts
Working with internal associates in the fulfillment of search assignments through effective teamwork, process implementation, and project management
Sourcing and recruitment of potential candidates through cold-call headhunting, networking, and referrals
Negotiating contracts, terms of business, service fees, and compensation packages
Consistently performing at or above daily and weekly production goals to achieve monthly billings targets
Keeping abreast of industry news and trends within your portfolio practice area

At least 1 years of professional inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Full cycle sales-process (prospecting to closing) with working knowledge of consultative sales methodologies
A love of the phone as your primary sales tool
Strong computer skills and exposure to applicant tracking systems and/or CRM software
Prior experience in recruitment/staffing (desirable)
A post-secondary degree in business or science
