Account Manager / Recruiter
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are currently seeking 1-2 Account Managers / Technical Recruiters for Victoria Area
• Ideally 2+ years experience either in Technical Recruitment or Account Management within in a Staffing Agency or Corporate
• Desire and passion for sales/business development - including cold calling, negotiating and handling objections.
• A self-starter, proven team player with the ability to build strategic and profitable relationships.
• The ability to focus, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• People who are motivated goal setters and want to control their income level
