Scope of work/responsibilities:
We are seeking a SAP HR Consultant to join our client’s SAP HR Functional Team. Candidate will be responsible for developing SAP HR solutions to support business area requirements for identified SAP HR sustainment, project and enhancements. Individual will be required to participate and/or lead in the following type of activities: 1) interviewing customers to establish and document business application requirements; 2) investigating/researching potential solutions to meet business requirements; 3) preparing detailed system and solution specifications; 4) participating actively in the implementation/configuration of the solution; 5) formulating/coordinating system testing/implementation strategies with stakeholders; and 6) participating in user training and support as required. The initial contract will be for 8 months with possible extension as per project schedule and requirements. The following SAP modules may be supported: Personnel Administration, Org. Management, Payroll, Training & Events, Benefits, CATS, and/or Time Evaluation.
