Overview: Full time telephone sales representative who is responsible for calling prospective clients and generating sales. Establish and meet goals as assigned by the floor Team Lead. Provide customers with courteous service and accurately complete any required paperwork.


Job Responsibilities Include:
• Present and sell products to potential clients
• Ensure a high quality of sales by verifying that each prospective business customer understands what he/she has agreed to
• Promote a positive image of One Contact at all times
• Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Demonstrate a co-operative spirit and make every effort to help reach established goals
• Work as a team and assist co-workers when needed
• Overcome client objections by using provided tools


Required Qualifications:
• High School diploma
• Bilingualism - Spanish and English
• Prior sales experience is required
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Goal Oriented
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Attention to detail
• Punctuality is mandatory
• Team player
