Job Function:
The ideal Industrial Engineer will conduct time studies and, working with current staff, translate that information to load/capacity profiles for major capital equipment & workstations. They will also develop plant layout for production lines and workstations, assist in developing metrics/standards for production health & productivity by product line. Identify and implement Lean Manufacturing opportunities as well as applying other IndustrialEngineering disciplines.
Job Requirements:
(5+) years as industrial/manufacturing engineer with multi-plant responsibility for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles in a manufacturing setting.
Experience:
Ideally 5+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience
Experience working with composites would be a bonus
Helpful Skills:
