The selected candidate will support the Materials and Assets Department by coordinating a group of tasks related to the materials management function.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring prompt service and processing of requirements of our customers for the specified task groups.
Responsibilities: Tracking and monitoring of broken/used parts and units to our facilitating vendors and reconciling associated invoices to credit memos;
Implementing, inputting, tracking and managing the company Asset Tag system;
Administrate insurance programs and claims for all brokerage branches and Insta-rent Ltd. locations;
Administrate fleet vehicle and gas/maintenance Master Card programs for all Insta-rent Ltd. fleet;
Administrate gas card maintenance for all brokerage staff entitled to such cards;
Apply for, renew, and monitor business licenses for all locations;
ATM service, repair, ordering, and cancellations;
Miscellaneous items as required.
Qualifications: Insurance experience.
High attention to detail and superior accuracy.
Analytically minded and transaction oriented.
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, Word, and ACCPAC.
Data entry skills.
Education: Completion of High School and working knowledge of insurance policies would be considered an asset.
