This role will operate and maintain store operations which will ensure excellent customer service and maximizes customer growth by following company guidelines and by fostering cooperative spirit through teamwork.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively recruit, interview, select, motivate, coach, manage and retain associates • Manage, ensure and report on financial results • Monitor the administration and collection practices.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience at a management or supervisory level
• Post secondary business diploma/certificate or equivalent business experience
• Prior experience in a similar industry preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Outstanding people skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Self-motivated and self-directed
