Primary responsibilities include:
* Transporting raw materials, finished product and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment
* Checking and weighing materials and products
* Sorting, packing, crating and packaging materials and products
* Assisting machine operators, assemblers and other workers
* Cleaning work areas and equipment
* Performing other production, labouring and elemental requirements as necessary
Ideal candidates must be comfortable with using small hand and power tools, performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds. Additionally, candidates must be punctual and reliable, health and safety conscious and have excellent attention to detail.
