The are looking for 2 Senior Projects Managers with in the Commercial Team to report into two separate operational managers to work with clients such as Wall Mart , Safeway , Lowes and Home Depots on New Build stores

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing all construction activities on the projects, you will be responsible for budgeting, cost control scheduling the initial project start up and ensuring it is maintained .
You will supervise Superintendents and Project co-ordinators to ensure product as per end product specification and blue print drawings.

You will lease with stakeholders and clients to ensure satisfaction whilst also updating of any changes or variation orders.

You actively be involved in the preconstruction and tendering process to truly be able to deliver a project from inception to completion i.e. cradle to the grave.

Candidate requirements, you have to be hands on construction project manager and have ideally worked on projects up to $50 million as a stand alone Senior Project Manager or running two $25 million projects. You will have 10-15 years experience as a project manager and have worked on commercial projects in the past particularly Safeway Stores, Wall Mart, Lowes and Home Depots.

You will be from a construction/trades background or a civil engineering background and would have worked for General Contractors in the past. You must have a strong understanding of Construction from a site level as this role is much about running the actual projects and being site based as it is in connection with the management side

You will have worked on projects on a design and build/lump sum /or fixed priced and have a proven background in delivery of projects in excess of $25 million within the commercial market
