Celluland In-store Sales Representative

Responsibilities of the role include:
Maintaining high levels of product and service knowledge and provide excellent customer service
Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after-sales service
Determine customer needs and recommend the best solution
Driving sales and building/solidifying a customer base while maintaining performance levels in accordance with Celluland goals and objectives
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ensuring accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures
Participate in inventory counts
Ensuring a high level of store maintenance, ensure the store meets Celluland store audit requirements
Participate in Celluland marketing initiatives and promotions to ensure successful execution
