Our client, a technology leader is seeking an achievement-oriented CFO to join their management team. Reporting to the President, the CFO will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company including budget management, cost benefit analysis, banking, financings, forecasting and financial reporting.
The successful candidate for this role will:
- possess an accounting designation (ideally a Chartered Accountant)
- demonstrate at least 3 to 5 years of experience in senior financial management with a technology company.
- strong professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to motivate both individuals and teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Experienced monitoring banking activities and working closely with the financial community to address any capital requirements.
