Position Summary:

Reporting to and supporting the VP of Engineering, you will be focused on developing, managing and directing the daily operations of the Geo-technical Engineering Department.

Responsibilities:

• Assurance of project delivery that meets and/or exceeds client expectations.
• Improve coordination of all department facets.
• To implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System.

Requirements:

• 10+ years geo-technical engineering experience at a management level
• Registration with APEGGA or eligibility to register
• Excellent time management skills in relation to project assignments, staff motivation and organizational skills
• Strong awareness of project financial perspectives
