Business Analyst - Production Accounting
CGI Calgary currently has a fulltime opening for a Business Analyst specifically with Production Accounting experience. As a CGI consultant you would be responsible for providing professional and effective consulting services to client organizations while working with the team to define/refine client or product business requirements.
Other duties would include but would not be limited to the following:
• Provide customer support to our Production Accounting systems
• Log calls and incidents to Service Desk Manager for review
• Resolve technical and functional issues for clients
Require Work Experience:
• 2+ years of general IT experience,
• 1+ years of experience with Production Accounting systems
• Excellent estimation and scheduling skills,
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project 2003,
Soft Skills:
• Highly motivated and strong desire to work on new technology based solutions
• Analytical and Detail Oriented
• Performs well under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent problem solving skills in a technical environment
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Able to provide leadership to more junior team members
• Able to communicate technical information to various users
