ITIL Service Delivery Support Analyst
CGI Calgary requires a Service Delivery Support Analyst to join our ITIL compliant support team for the Provincial Health Information Exchange project. The teams responsibilities will include:
„X Prepare and maintain a complete set of ITIL compliant processes and procedures, working within the client support process model
„X Maintain and deploy versions of the product into the test environments in support of the development and test activities
„X Implement Configuration Management and Build tools.
„X Design, Implement and test a suite of monitoring and support tools for the test and production environment.
„X Provide 24 x 7 support for the production environment (rotating on-call is required)
„X Initiate Incident/Problem Management, conduct troubleshooting and ensure that tickets from production are assigned and resolved
„X Develop in depth knowledge of the business flows, hardware/software architecture, 3rd party software and developed software comprising the installed solution.
„X Participate in architecture and software design discussions & reviews
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
„X Degree/diploma in computer software or equivalent
„X ITIL certification or work experience in an ITIL compliant environment
„X 2 -5 years experience providing tier 1 / 2 support for a high availability environment using Sun Solaris equipment
„X Exposure to middleware such as Sun JCAPS
