Our Client is One of the largest Hong Kong Real Estate Company and is Listed in Hong Kong Stock Mainboard. They are expanding and growing their property investment in USA and Canada. They are looking for a Financial Controller who has experience in property development/management.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of the finance, accounting and treasury functions in existing and expanding business of the US and Canada Operations. Provide financial and decision making support. Identify profit and loss by business segment and internal cost centers. Analyse financial reports and make recommendations to senior management. Evaluate financial viability of
individual projects. Lead the budgeting process and provide input and expertise to the management team in developing the annual budge

Requirement

Qualified CPA/ACCA/AICPA with minimum 7 years experience within a sizeable and dynamic corporation, minimum 3 years in managerial position. Prior experience with a property development/investment or real estate company. Working experience in USA and Canada is a prerequisite. Background with prestigious auditing firms is an advantage. Proven track record of leadership and be able to manage cultural differences. Pro-active, result oriented and problem solver. Excellent communication skills computer literacy. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Frequent travel in USA and Canada is a requirement.
