Our client is a leader in captive management and alternative risk solutions. On behalf of our client, we invite applications for the above captioned position. There clients are predominantly major corporations around the world. Due to an increase in business in Latin America, the successful candidate must be able to interact effectively in Spanish and English with senior executives of these corporations and function as the senior manager of captive client relationships in team-based environment.

• Assume responsibility for the management and financial reporting of several captive insurance companies
• Prepare captive financial statistical reports
• Provide guidance and support to other professional and administrative staff
• Other ad hoc duties and projects as required

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• An internationally recognized professional accounting designation
• Experience preparing and issuing financial and statistical reports
• Previous work experience in captive management is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Spanish and English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient with PC-based applications
• A motivated self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision
• A keen appreciation for the importance of quality service delivery to our clients
