Responsibilities Provide in-house client care by assessing, monitoring & reporting client conditions to family and Nurse Next Door supervisors
Perform regular patient evaluations, including monitoring and tracking vital signs
Maintain and update nursing care plans for each client
Administer medications
Conduct other special nursing duties as required
Our client base includes but not limited to those recovering from illnesses, accidents, cancer, post and pre surgery, palliative care, and clients with dementia and Alzheimer.
Requirements • A passion to care and the desire make a difference
• Have a keen interest in home nursing
• Demonstrated ability to go beyond the call of duty
• Solid decision making skills
Certifications & Education Requirements
• Bachelor of Nursing degree or diploma or equivalent and current registration with CRNBC
• Negative TB test results obtained within the last two years
• Medical clearance note obtained within the last year |
