Ideal candidate for this position must be a graduate electrical engineer with at least 5 years proven managerial experience and should be a department head of an electrical division in a steel plant with full operational knowledge of electric arc furnace, ladle furnace, caster and rolling mills. Knowledge of PLC and HV will be an added advantage.
